Question from Gary: Asked on 29/10/2026 What does refurbished mean

Answer from JimsonGuzman: Answered on 29/10/2026

Hi, refurbished means the unit may have been previously used or returned, but it has been checked and tested to ensure it is in good working order. As an A2-grade item, it may have minor cosmetic marks or dents, but rest assured, it is tested for functionality and comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour for added peace of mind.

Thank you.

Answer from JimsonGuzman: Answered on 28/10/2026

Hi, yes, the product listing states that the unit includes the necessary venting accessories, including the window connector and fishtail adapter.
