With its split cooking area of a cast-iron searing plate and porcelain cooking grid, there's plenty of room to sear steaks alongside cooking hot dogs and burgers. A warming rack comes in handy for lightly toasting those buns, ready for serving while also being the perfect place to keep your items warm.
